Ingredients:
1 kg (2.2 lbs) goat meat, cubed
2 onions, finely chopped
4 tomatoes, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2-inch piece of ginger, grated
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are soft.
Add goat meat and brown on all sides.
Stir in tomatoes, curry powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
Cover and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours until meat is tender.
